The Fox version ran a warning at the beginning of the show about how this episode contains 'scenes of violence.' I don't know if this was intended as a joke or not, I mean it didn't seem any less violent than the last XMas ep or many of the 'What If' stories. However, this ep did air in a later timeslot than usual in the US, so maybe, I dunno.
Don't think anything else got the chop, though.
What did you expect them to do? okay, sky have no respect and should show things like this uncut after the watershed - but if they had allowed "bastards" to aire at 7pm then all the moaners would be on the phone to the ITC about how sky are corrupting their kiddies.

I was looking away when that part of the song was on. Sky used to show them uncut (or at least include PG-rated language such as 'bastards' when it was on at 8pm, such as the time when Zoidberg snipped Fry's arm off and he shouts "You bastard!" before jumping on Zoidberg). Good old Kazaa.

Seems ridiculous to me that Sky should cut any "bad language" used in Futurama, when the BBC show the Simpsons with *cough* offensive words like 'bitch', 'crap' and (OMG) 'bastard' all the time (figuratively speaking,) and that shows at 6pm. Hell, I've even heard them say "shit" on The Bill (ITV I grant you) before 9pm. Er not that I watch The Bill ... erm erm :P

Because Sky is regulated by the ITC and the BBC isn't. Because of the way the ITC works it's in the broadcasters interest - it's less work for them - if they're incredibly over-cautious about content.
