I was just wondering something, what does "ACV" in the episode numbers mean? I understand the first number is the season, and the last two are the number in that season, but what are those letters?

It has no meaning. It's just a unique identifier, and by unique I mean different than an other television show.
Close. The first number is actually the production run, where 1ACV01 - 1ACV13 were produced together. The last four were not aired in season 1, but were held over for season 2.
The 2ACV-- series consists of 2ACV01 - 2ACV19. The last three in this production run will not be aired in season 2. They are being held over for season 3. (S3 hasn't been confirmed yet, so don't misconstrue this as evidence that season three will actually come to pass, though in my opinion it will happen.)
