Symbolic lil dude

Anyone realize the annoying dork in the episode seemed symbolic of alot of newsgroup whiners :)

Heh, luckily I was off the newsgroup for the last few months so they OBViously weren't refering to me.

Well, not just newsgroup whiners, but people who kvetch about the accuracy of *any* sci-fi.

Yeah, he's Futurama's answer to the Simpsons' comic book store guy.

Right from the get go, he chastized Dr. Zoidberg for not having a medical degree, wondered what use a courier service would have for a robot that bends things, and why a person with one eye would be a starship captain.

The same sort of stuff newsgroup whiners would, and have, mention.
