The letters underneath the rating gives the possibly objectionable content:

D = dialogue S = scenes L = language V = violence

We like the episodes of BtVS that rate all four! Has Futurama ever got all four?

Nope, it's "scenes", as in "scenes that might be objectionable to younger and more sensitive viewers". It might or might not involve sex.

Clear the floor! I am here to clear the air regarding the TV Parental Guidelines, which are their proper name. The ratings themselves are TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14, and TV-MA (formerly TV-M). The rating descriptors are FV (Fantasy Violence, used on TV-Y7 shows, like cartoons), V (Violence), D (sexual Dialogue), S (Sexual refrences or scenes), and L (adult Language).

Now I must leave, for my knowledge is needed elsewhere...
