That was the Futurama Archive. I have spent almost zero time surfing other Futurama sites, so I can't comment on this too much, but I have not heard of any site besides FrCr and The Simpsons Archive consistently making capsules. That is because they're such hard work!
Funny you should mention it, but we've been talking over that very idea recently. Although work has already been done by our outside contributor Leandro Pardini on transcripts up to 2ACV04, after that we've been considering dropping the transcripts entirely. Especially since the abundance of full-video episodes on the internet can now serve the same purpose for most people. However, there are those who don't have the necessary hardware to download full episodes, and we still want the Q&SS to be there for episodes they miss. And, I have gotten many comments from people in foreign countries who say the transcript is a big help with words and dialogue that they had a hard time understanding on-screen. But at the rate things are going, half a capsule might be better than no capsule at all, and the transcripts _are_ the most time-consuming parts. It all depends on whether I want to break the tradition I've had since the first episode, because typing or editing the script scene by scene has always given me a chance to make last-minute changes and additions to the rest of the capsule, and smooth out all the wrinkles, add comments I may have forgotten about, goofs that aren't really goofs, etc. In my opinion, it isn't worth fooling around with what works just to save the time, when I'm confident it will all be done eventually, especially with all the pre-emptions scheduled for early next season. Incidentally, the transcript for "Brannigan Begin Again (2ACV02)" is being done at this very moment. I have it open it the next window, and it will be finished in an hour or two. Don't worry: this time I'll remember to post it to the newsgroup. :-)
