When is Futurama back?

I understand that Comedy Central will be running the last 13 of the latest batch of 26 Futurama episodes this summer. Does anyone know when they will start? I was just at FutonCritic and they just say "June 23". It's not clear if they are referring to the first batch of 13 that aired last year or if they mean "June 23, 2011" for the LAST 13 episodes.

Does anyone know for sure?

Also, this may be premature but has there been any news about possible additional episodes of Futurama after the 26 episodes from that last order have been aired? I'd like to think that there will be more but I also want to prepare myself in case these last 13 are the final episodes ever....
