The intruder alert gag was also used on an old Simpson's episode. When Homer goes to college and needs tutoring from the nerds he goes to their dorm room. Upon entry they all say "intruder alert" etc.

I caught that and cracked up. Damm I loved that game. I used to work in a movie theater that had it and if you flicked the power switch on about 15 times it would give you free credits.

Berzerk was great...It was unique for its time. Then again, the coin-op era from Space War through the late 80s was the most creative. So much more so than the tiresome and repetitive chop-sockey games out today.

Loved the alternate take on The Space Mutants movies. The Pointed stick reference also to Monty Python? Combo with War of the Worlds.

The robot movies reminded me of the Soviet propoganda films during the height of the Cold War, when Russian people almost believed that all Americans wanted to kill them and rape their dead daughters.

Bender as Hitler/Stalin was a nice touch.
