Just yesterday, I was adding some stuff to the episode guide and I noticed the swapped codes for those, and I was going to "fix" it, but after mailing Graham it turns out it is your guide that's wrong:

"I've just had a look at my video collection of the episodes in question and am glad to tell you that Lesser of Two Evils is 2acv06, while Put Your Head on My Shoulder is 2acv07; UK TV companies keep the full credits at the end of shows. I don't know why I didn't do this the first time, it would have saved me the time I spent changing things on my machine... well, at least I didn't change them on TLZ."

Just thought you'd like to know. Also, I believe I know where this little mixing originated: The Futurama Chronicles. Back when they posted the upcoming episode information for the 2ACV block, from which I got the summaries, they got that PCode wrong -- same as with the 3ACV block, they got some pcodes (cyberhouse, for example) wrong too.
