I know we're all biased Futurama fans (not that there's anything wrong with that), but realistically, what do you think? Will the show go down as a cult classic, similar to some other short lived series (like Star Trek)?
Oh, and even if someone who doesn't have AOL replies by saying "I can see your post", or something to that effect, that would be great. A while back AOL was having problems with AOL users' posts not showing to non AOL users up in newsgroups, and I want to know if its still a problem.
Anyways, going back to the original question, I would personally say its probable but just a tad iffy. I think it could depend largely on whether or not it continues to do well on Adult Swim (which looks like the way it'll go at this point) and gains enough new fans. I've also heard the amazon preorder ranking is/was good, so I think its a good bet.
