Yes, it is true. During a taping of Family Feud, there was a family in which one of the members was a drag queen. Richard did not realize this, and therefore he stuck his tongue down the drag queen's throat just like he does to every woman. It was confirmed after the show when Richard went to take a pee, and the drag queen stood at the urinal next to him.
