1)who has the right to sell the Simpsons or Futurama action figure rights? Fox? News Corp? Matt Groening? Rupert Murdoch?
2a)MAC VS. Playmates: did either party actively lobby to get either licence? Or b)did the parties in the first question just offer it to them?
3)Why didn't playmates pick up the futurama lic. along with the Simpsons lic. if it was so cheap? Were they even offered the lic.?
4)Who's gonna be in MAC's 1st Futurama set? (My prediction: Fry, bender, leela)
5)When are they coming out (keeping in mind that "this summer" is MAC-ese for "Christmas 2004")
- Why MAC? Why not x-toys, D-boy, or Playmates, for that matter?
7)Simpsons/Futurama pool: $5 to get in, winner takes all. Predict how many waves of Simpsons/Playmates figures will be out before the Futurama/MAC figures hit the shelves. :-)
