If Fox got complaints it was probably due to it's 7P/6P time slot. Don't know about Cartoon Network's 11p slot, unless west coast DirecTV viewing at 8P is a problem.
according to the Cartoon Network guidelines, you can't swear in Jesus' name. but you can do pretty much anything else. who knows why it's done.
they did get a complaints about Kikyo being nude on the show Inuyasha that ended in having her scene snipped slightly (when her crotch is showing).
