Was the line *that* funny? Good, he went on a vastly different story from the "Ant and The Grasshopper". I guess I'd like to inquire. Did people laugh hard because it had the same style of that joke about Granpa meandering in irrelevancy in that "Last Exit To Springfield" episode?

It kinda fell flat with me too. I didnt think it funny at all. It did serve its purpose, to show that Fry is a moron, so it is still an effective line. Xerm
