Should they have a meaningful relationship?

Will what happened in Anthology Of Interest I, really happen at anytime (without the killing)?

I think the writers will only have Fry and Leela be 'just friends'. Or maybe not, I always did think they made kind of made a cool couple.

I'm sure that we'll definetly be seeing some sort of romantic inuendo between the two, I mean they already almost got together, and I'm sure the writers didn't put that in without a good reason, they'll probably owe up to that later. Fry's got a lot of character and I think the coolest sounding voice overall. Who can't like that guy? besides Zapp, that is...

What's official? Making it to the altar hardly implies a meaningful relationship. Remember a Bicyclops Built for Two. A much more likely scenario would involve a sham marriage to avoid deportment, etc.

Wasn't that article, cuz I haven't read anything that even implies a Leela/Fry romantic entanglement. And it's entirely possible the "getting together" you mention is a blurb for the marraige episode as well.
