episode #17 aka 2ACV04 aka Xmas story is available to download (RealMedia 35MB @ 2.88MB each) but someone mentioned to me this is a non-binary group ie not allow to put a link to that episode. so it's something for you to find out :)

also, there're only 30 daily downloads permitted, others on queue.

Yes. The problem is when they unsuspectedly post them to a non-binaries newsgroup and cause a download that can take several minutes, which can be very costly to people that pay for net access by the minute. But by all means post as many links as you want.

It is also very costly to people who lives in countries where the phone companies charge you for the time you are connected. Right now I'm paying about 160 U$S for the internet calls, plus the regular phone calls (120 U$S) bimonthly, plus the ISP (about 30 U$S a month). So I live in a van now. Dammit!

#### that's quite true. i guess only a few countries do provide free internet calling. I get charged $0.015 per minute by Telecom (for using their line to get connected) and $0.015 per minute by my ISP for internet connection.

but i see some advertisements (like altavista?) which promote free internet access in USA and CANADA (?), how it works i'm not too sure plus i'm not living there anyway.

Hey, who ever said not to post links? It's just the binaries which cost some people some bucks to download, and enough people spoke up telling of how they pay for their connect by the minute. And you're are right, it is an imaginary rule, it's just a matter of courtesy.
