I was sucked in by this bit, hoping to find someone who claimed to be the original source of the story; rather, it's just someone who passed it along to you. Rats.

Whoever wrote this version added in the part about the lesbian XXX video. That wasn't in the original.

What I found interesting was how the first paragraph described exactly what happened in detail (even going so far as to describe the "horrific messy farting noise".)

If she was dead when the medics arrived, who told them the narrative?

All in all, a sloppy attempt. I'm surprised so many people believed it.
