The only reason they're doing that is because MitM is the strongest draw they've got. Of all the shows they could put in the Wednesday slot, Malcolm will garner higher ratings. It's like last year when NBC put Fraiser on twice a week. Strictly a money decision.

If they can move Futurama back to Sunday at 8:30 and leave Malcolm at Wednesdays solely (where I don't have to watch one microsecond of it), that would be acceptable.
