which futurama episodes feature intro/outro music that's different from the normal music?

A takeoff of the closing credits of the original Star Trek series, which ended with a facial shot of the Balok puppet.

I've seen a fair bit of the original ST, but have never "got" that Kif picture. What the hell is it about?

But in each season, the last slide was always the same -- Vina as the green Orion slave girl in the first season, a starfield in the third season, and the Balok puppet in the second. The shot of Kif was mimicking the Balok still.
