In "Iron Cook", the last segment of the show is called "Judgement", spelled with two e's - just as it is on the Food Channel version of "Iron Chef". (For those of you in countries where "proper" English is spoken, the word is always spelled "judgment" in the USA.)
(And was that the "second" alien language, as seen in "The Day The Earth Stood Stupid", in the "Iron Cook" titles, or is this the rumored "third" language?)
I didn't decode it yet, but the characters definitely looked like FAL2 to me. Also, the the two characters in the second word where OO would be in COOK did not match, which is consistent with how FAL2 works.
