Fox,
I have assembled a suggested action (oops, bad choice there) plan for you:
- Move one of your Sunday 1/2hr shows elsewhere (King or Malcolm)
2. Acquire the rights to the Nat King Cole 15 minute shows (because the Man would only give him 15), Snippets (anyone outside of New England remember these? Hey, that coffee can is coming back as if by magic!!!!), and Most Important Person segments from Captain Kangaroo (it's you...and you hardly even know you).
3. Assemble this programming material in such a combination as to fill the time between the conclusion of your sports programming and the commencement of your dramatic fare (a variable-sized buffer, if you will). I believe the segment lengths will allow you to create any whole number of minutes between 1 and 59 (eg. 3 Nats will yield 45 minutes)
Barring this strategy, please make it your highest priority to eat me.
thank you,
Andrew
