Who makes the best voices?!

Personally, I like all the voices, especially all the characters Billy West and Joe DiMaggio voice, but Katey Sagal's and Tress McNeill's voices just dig into my skull. I think they should've casted someone else to do Leela's voice.

Why not? It doesn't take near as much of a person's time to do voice work as it does shooting a live action show. Add to that it's a show on the same network, I doubt there'd be any contractual difficulties either. The better argument would be the cast is pretty much set as is.

You're right, Billy West told me it takes 8 hours to record an episode cause you're with other people, and he's all over the place, man. There's not one day that passes by that I don't hear him on the tube.

The thing I like about shows like Futurama and the Simpsons is that with a talented voice team and guest stars you can have a huge cast of characters. I think the Simpsons have over 80 regular characters (at least once a season). No live action show has anywhere near that, not even ER.

I'm not a big fan of Katie Sagal's voice, but everything else is great. Best voices in the business as far as I'm concerned, are lose of Hank Azaria (I'm pretty sure I'm spelling his name wrong). All my favorite characters from the Simpsons had Hank behind the mike.

Oh, and Dan Castalaneta (that spelling is a shot in the dark and probably a miss) as Bealza-Bot was pure gold. I hope he does more stuff, too.

I think hand's down, it is Billy West. He voices four main characters and makes them four seperate individuals comically, and emotionally.

No Kidding... Billy West IS the indisputed bad-ass of voice acting. Does anyone anyone know the name of some of the bands he's been in? I know he played guitar with Brian Wilson but I dont know about the others.
