Hmm, do a search on "Creating a Newsgroup" or something to that effect. Lots o' stuff to be found when you use a search engine. Not intended to flame, just a tip.

It's a reasonably well kept secret, as you might have guessed. The ones who know don't generally tell (including myself), just subscribe to alt.config, and if you're dogged enough, you'll eventually figure it out. alt.config is merciless, though, so tread softly.
