Family guy

Agreed. I cna't believe a network like Fox, which has such great animated series as Futurama, The Simpsons, and King of the Hill is also capable of putting on such garbage as family guy. Oh, well, at least they put the good stuff in the Sunday block and shuffled FG off to the Thursday hellhole.

I think that some of the higher-ups at Fox want Family Guy to fail.

Why else would they put it up against Frasier?

This is an an interesting. Last year, people on the newsgroup were saying the FOX higher ups wanted Futurama to fail and they thought Family Guy was great, that's why FG had the Sunday slot and Futurama was reduced to a dreaded Tuesday "da Boom" timeslot. My how things have changed (for the better)....MUHAHAHHA

I always thought that FOX had moved Futurama to Tuesday because it had faith in it to bolster the other shows on Toonsday, which it did (somewhat). I'm unsure of why Family Guy was moved to Thursday, other than that Matt Groening insisted on Futurama coming after The Simpsons, and it does make a nice companion to "Action" (which, IMO, is a much better show than Family Guy).
