Introduction:

This list covers everything on Futurama that could be interpreted as a reference to The Simpsons. Of course, since Futurama draws off of the Simpsons' fan base, there are bound to be A LOT.

Version format is as follows-

SS.EE.RR S = Most Recent Season; E = most recent ep.; R = Revision

Item format is as follows-

[EP CODE] TITLE
     - Short description of how this scene relates
       to the Simpsons.

Simpsons ep. codes are listed in braces {}, while Futurama ep. codes are listed in brackets [].

This list is posted after every update and on the first of every month.

The List:

[1ACV01]    Topless Nudes!
     - The exact same gag was featured in {4F04}
       also taking place in NYC.

[1ACV01]    Blinky the Fish
     - Whilst Fry was traveling through the pipelines,
       he passes Blinky the fish from {7F01}

[1ACV01]    Apu of the Future
     - The military man who gives commands to Leela
       sounds (and looks) suspiciously like Apu.

[1ACV01]    Heads in a jar!
     - Celebrity heads were featured in a gameshow
       of the future imagined on The Simpsons in
       epsisode {1F11}.

[1ACV01]    Apu in a Jar
     - Several posters think that Apu was one of the
       heads in a jar.

[1ACV01]    Nixon's Revenge List
     - Moe had somehow obtained Nixon's revenge list,
       which was mentioned by Nixon himself in this ep.

[1ACV02]
     -Otto has difficulty with a claw game in {3F10}
      like Amy does here.

[1ACV03]    Unique Archetecture
     - This apartment reminded me of a certain
       Simpsons couch gag...

[1ACV03]    5 O'Clock Rust
     - This litle visual addition complimented
       Bender's Homer-esque look.

[1ACV03]    Flying Signs
     - This just screams {3F24}!!! As in, the scene
       where Homer is wandering towards the lighthouse
       no hotpants this time, though.

[1ACV04]    Little More...
     - The captain at the banquet reminded me of
       Bart in {3G03}. I kept waiting for him to
       say "Too much, take it back."

[1ACV04]    He sleeps with the fishes
     - The Captain, when in bed acted much like
       Troy McClure in {3F15}.

A similiar scene with Krusty going on a bender (not Bender, a bender) was used in The Last Tempation of Krust. Of course, since they both are parodies of a style of film, they aren't really references to each other, but your list mostly covers similiarites, and not really referneces as we haven't had many refs yet. I'm waiting to see 31st century Simpsons!

Homer also says this phrase again in "The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase" as a lead in to the "I Want Candy/Lollipop/Whip it...etc" medley.

You left out the fact that "kill-bots" are mentioned in the Zapp Brannigan episode, as well as by Kent Brockman in "Homer Loves Flanders."

It's not a Simpson's reference, but it is a MG reference. In the first episode when Fry is walking in the city there is a sign for Akbar's. Anyone notice anything else in that sequence?

Has anyone taken the time to find all the changes from title sequence to title sequence? I'm pretty sure that the video in the large TV changes, you just know that the infamous sourball pooping Asian woman from BladeRunner is going to show up there sometime.
