Time to put my Picture-In-Picture to good use; I've simultaneously run the Cartoon Network airing of the first episode with Fox's first airing of it, and here's what's missing from the CN version:
First, there was the scene when Fry...no, wait, that was there.
Okay, there was that bit with Fry and Leela where she...no, that was there as well, wasn't it?
In the scene where Bender and Fry were in the suicide booth, they...no, that was intact.
How about when the two police officers...uh, no, that's there too.
Fry and Bender go...wait...no, it's there.
The Professor and...it's there.
Fry...there.
Th...ere.
Wait - I got one! Just before Bender put his arms back on, CN cut out the commercial break. That's as close to a cut in the CN episode as they got. (However, I'm keeping my original Fox recording, if for no other reason than it has the "JFK Jr. Airport" line...)
