These must be illegal-- no way would the legits go for that price.
$9.99 final bid for 19 VCDs? the blanks must cost more than that?

In the US it costs me 40$ for 100 blank cd-r 20$ for 100 cd labels and I probably spend 35$ in ink printing labels (black and white, simple logo and epsidoe names). So 19 labeled VCDs would cost me about 95 cents per VCD (not including electricity, wear and tear on the CD rom burner and of course my time). Yes 9.99 means the guy lost money unless he went cheap and didn't use labels, but even then he's got to pay ebay's fee.

Right now, they are only located in the the southwest US , but they are growing pretty quickly.
