Dunno. But an illegal and currently safe way is to use a decent news provider like Astraweb etc. Blocknews is one, I think - where you can buy X amount of GB's for downloading. You can make up for it in the future by buying the DVD's.
Obviously, skip torrents and ed2k (eMule) - stuns me that people still use them.
