REVIEW:

Great episode from Calculon's first utterances to the final "Burns, Baby Burns"-ish party sequence. Slurm has become a much more interesting product than Duff or Buzz Cola ever was, and its potent addictiveness was somewhat chilling. Best of the new season.

(okay, that was short, but I didn't have anything to complain about.)

Ok here is a reference: Usually when Jewish teenagers go to Israel one of the things they buy are shirts written in Hebrew (because it looks cool). A large percentage of them seem to get the Coca-Cola shirt which is has the familiar logo in Hebrew, Zoidburg was getting one that Said (appropriately) Slurm, which is funny since he has a very slight touch of a Yiddish accent.

I did the same thing with The Simpsons in Italy this summer ... I now own more Simpsons crap in Italian than I do in English! (One t-shirt of mine has Bart saying "Eat My Shorts" in Italian ... it might interest some people to know that Bart has another catchphrase over there: 'Mollatemi.' I asked several people over there what it means and nobody could answer me! <g>)

Babelfish wasn't any help, either. It might be the Italian version of "Ay Caramba!" or somesuch.

Babelfish ain't bad, but it sometimes proves inferior to http://translator.go.com.

"Mollatemi" translated through that particular engine reveals "You let go to me."

That could mean a rather ominous and creepy thing, along the lines of "submit to my rape," or maybe a more romantic, seductive thing like "Why resist, my little flower?"

Perhaps a fluent speaker of Italian will illuminate the matter.
