Hi,
when the military buys his porno mags and suff in the 7^11, he has to pay $ 95, but he gives one bank note to the cashier and leaves without saying anything or getting change... is he tipping the man? Or are there really 95 dollar bills in the future? :))

That's standard TV shorthand, isn't it? Half the time someone buys something in a scene, they never get around to paying for it; the other half, they pay with paper money and don't wait around for the change. It's just one of those TV "cheats," like when everybody sits on the same side of the dinner table.
