Good riddance to KRON as our force-fed NBC affiliate as of 12-31-01. I live in the South Bay and they prohibit us from getting KSBW (NBC) in Salinas.

KRON has often played fast and loose with NBC programming and the stupid cable people never think to actually let us watch the regular NBC fare on KSBW (which they are allowed to do when not showing the same show within 2 hours of KRON's airing it).

As of the Leno show on 12/31, KNTV in San Jose will be the new NBC affiliate for most of the San Francisco bay area. Hopefully, they won't be the assholes that KRON has been. Good Riddance!

OMG!!! I am royally pissed!!! Really hard day, got stuck in traffic, made it home just in time to watch friends and what? basketball? college basketball?!!? WTF!!!! And then read all the spoilers for the 810 episode on the NG and now i'm even more pissed since it sounds like a great episode. of all things, college basketball!!! let me repeat, COLLEGE BASKETBALL!!! btw: thanks for the heads up on the next airing, aj....urgh, urgh, urgh

Apparently, KRON is really trying to stick it to NBC by scheduling these stupid games instead of showing their highly rated Thursday and Tuesday shows (they're airing BBall next Tuesday also).
