Could anyone write down idioms and slang used by Ross in episode 905? I know English quite good, but with idioms and American slang I have some problems and now I can't read any transripts, since E. Aasen had to close his site.

The point with all these expressions is that they date back to the 1950s or earlier. So Ross needs some *new* slang.

The world is your oyster = everything is yours for the taking; life is very good to you. Kick up your heels = let go of your inhibitions; have a wonderful time (refers to dancing) Paint the town red = to have a wild, exciting and possibly illegal evening
"Holy Moly" is a diluted oath, like "Holy cow" or "Jeez Louise." It means you're amazed or impressed. "In a pickle" means in a difficult situation or dilemma. Also "Kettle of fish."
...All of these are rather outdated expressions, which is the reason for Rachel's response.
"Tell your story walking" can mean "We're in a hurry, so continue your story while we go." It can also mean "I'm not interested (or I don't believe you), so go away."
