spoiler expiration date?

When can we stop putting spoiler warnings and huge amounts of space in postings relating to the final episode of the most recent season?

Typical - your answer suggests that any other country still waiting for the episode to be played don't have the right to request a spoiler warning while Brits do.

This group has revisited this question every season for the last umpteen years. The majority of non-Americans on here are British. A lot of Europe gets the series in similar time to us, so the need for spoiler space drops considerably once the series has begun to be shown in the UK. Any country not getting the season at the same time as the UK can (and often has) speak up and get spoiler space added. It's not hard.

I can't believe we have to hide and stay away from the internet (including emails and my own site) because US fans just can't keep the spoilers to themselves. No matter how many years we've already discussed this, there are ALWAYS people who don't put spoiler spaces, put spoilers in the subjects, and even get mad at us for asking a little respect.

I know, *some* Americans are so parochial they do not realise that the rest of the world exists, or think they have the internet to themselves, but ATF is for "Friends" fans all over the planet, not just the USA - there is a newsgroup alt.tv.friends.northamerica for that.
