(OT) Like what isn't these days....

Just a quicky~ How does one go about getting a newsgroup started? I see new ones popping up all the time & some of the OT posts/threads seem to get a lot of action in the NGs but there is not NG for that particular topic.

Is there anyone here who knows about how to get an NG created Perfect example of NG's that should be added to the massivly long list

go to alt.config and read the FAQ. you have to write a proposal and it gets critiqued and then there's a bunch of other mumbo jumbo that goes into it.
