On the "Best of Friends" Video they are releasing tomorrow they say there is going to include never-before-seen footage. Now do you think the footage they are talking about is the footage they edited out for syndication(in which they want us to personally believe was never there from the beginning) or is it going to have actual new footage?

One independent review said there was 180 minutes of episode per disc, that's 30 minutes each. If true, this must be the director's cuts before they are edited down to 22 minutes for first run on NBC. I'll believe it when I see it, but they are bound to be longer than on syndication.

"Never before seen" means "never before seen", like the additional scenes in the pilot that were shown only when syndication first started.
It could ofcourse be like you - Chris Bastian - say, but there's a fair chance that they mean in America. On each Friends-DVD in Norway/Europe there's the "I'll be there for you" video, and a special "Friends goes to London". Perhaps that's what they mean?
