hey, have you guys seen that new commercial for "The Kid"? It has a bunch of people (stars) talking about what they wanted to be when they grow up, and Matthew Perry says that he wanted to be a tennis player. Oh well, just wonderin if anyone else saw it (i've only caught it once).

But of course, atf'ers, the REAL question is what did you want to be when you were a kid? Since we have some young ones here, let's arbitrarily define "kid" status as 10 or younger.
Me, I first wanted to be a paleontologist (really!) and later a special-effects makeup artist.
oops, i didnt mean to say "what they want to be when they grow up" i meant, when they were younger, what they wanted to be when they grew up. oh well, thats what i get for not proofreading my message! :o)

ok well when I was 5 I wanted to be a doctor.. then I didnt want to be one at 6.. I had no idea what I wanted to be till 11 when I wanted to be an actress (still my dream job) and now I know I am going to be a computer tech.. minoring in Drama..

I think I wanted to be a primary teacher too... (wasn't that long ago, but I don't really remember.. they pushed so much stuff in during my GCSEs, everything has gone right out again ;)) I had the silliest reason tho... it was coz the teachers always got first pick of the birthday chocolates!! hehe...
