The cover of the first soundtrack album shows the cast on a bed, with Ross lying next to Monica & holding hands. Rachel is not fully dressed, and she is lying with Joey & they are holding hands. Chandler is on his own, except that he's lying between Rachel's legs and he's resting his head on a very comfortable pillow - her bum. Poor Phoebe is rather left out to one side.
What I'm looking for came from the same shoot, and was published in the Entertainment Weekly 10th anniversary special...
It shows the actors in another formation, with Joey on the far left, his head on Monica's. Upon Monica's right, there is Rachel, who is still the only one in a sheet, with the others are fully dressed. Rachel has an arm around Monica. Chandler is nestled up with his head on Rachel's shoulder. After a very small space, we see Phoebe with her eyes closed and Ross on the far right, with his head on her shoulder, his hand on her upper arm and her hand on top of his. All appear to be asleep except Rachel, who is looking at the camera out the corner of her eye.
