"The One With The Nap Partners"

MONICA WORRIES THAT CHANDLER WILL DUMP HER IF SHE GOES FROM PHAT TO FAT -- Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) frets when she meets a long- lost "camp girlfriend" (guest star Stacy Galina) from Chandler's (Matthew Perry) teen years and learns that he broke up with her because she was f-a-t, so she orders him to apologize to the woman face-to- face -- which only gives him another chance to put his foot in his mouth. Elsewhere, an eager Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) vie for the honor of becoming Monica's bridesmaid, but they make the mistake of appointing Ross (David Schwimmer) and Joey (Matt LeBlanc) as the decisive judges. In the meantime, Ross and Joey fall asleep while watching a macho movie and wake up in unintended positions.

To nobody's surprise, we have yet another C&M storyline. I can't believe Monica would actually worry about this, especially now that they are engaged. This story would have been more believable during Season 5, when C&M were still in the early stages of their relationship.

It doesn't actually say in this that Monica is worried that she will turn fat, but it is kind of believeable that she would be worried.

Since she was overweight when she was younger, I could see why she might worry about gaining all the weight back. Especially after working so hard to lose it. Weight issues are most likely always there to haunt you.
