Chandler in 801 & 802 (tad spoilerish)

Okay. In season 7, in TOW the engagement pictures, Chandler is shown as not being photogenic. Or that he gets nervous when his picture's taken.

In 801 we see the photographer taking pictures of C&M with Joey and Ross. Although its a longshot and we can't really see chandlers face clearly, I thought he was fine. Didn't make any silly faces right?

But in 802, when Ross and Chandler have their picture taken by that couple, Chandler pulls a goofy face. Was that a regular chandler smile or is it because of his photo phobia? or am I just reading too much into all this?

It seemed to me that they were trying to stage an action shot where they were mid-conversation instead of just posing. When Ross got up on the stage for the "toast" he posed like he was in the middle of his speech rather than just standing there and smiling.

You probably ARE reading too much into this. Friends is renowned for having their characters not even remember their own history. [Examples: (1) Ross making a big deal Carol being the only woman he had supposedly been with until their divorce; then learn that he supposedly "did it" with a cleaning lady while in college. (2) An entire show centered around Chandler claiming to not like dogs even though he had no problem when Phoebe carried around her mom's puppy in an earlier episode.]

Anyway, my point is, the characters are not always consistent, so don't make too much of Chandler's picture-taking abilities one way of the other....
