Wouldn't it be cool if...

As I was watching Will & Grace listening to Karen & Jack try to cope with the loss of their favorite shows...

I started to think, Wouldn't it be cool if ... During the week of the season finale of "FRIENDS" the other NBC shows paid a sort of homage to them going off the air by adding a mention of the show or cast on their show. Some how work it into the script to display some sort of nod/mention to what a big part of TV & most peoples Thursday nights "Friends" has been. W&G did an excellent job doing that. It could be sort of a crossover thing only the cast themselves would not cross over, just the mention of the show & folks who played on it.

Just a thought. We haven't had too many crossover shows in recent seasons. I remember the ultimate crossover night when all the shows were doing crossovers in one night. Mad About You, Caroline in the City, Seinfeld & Friends. That was a good night of crossing over.

So what are we going to watch now that FRIENDS is done? Its pretty much all that is left on my recording schedule well that & MONK TV as we all know it will definatly be different. Strange how a show can have such an impact on socialization. I guess now the streets will be just a bit busier on Thursday nights lol

Enough people, !!! Friends is not the only thing going on the world. I am amazed how all you Yuppie idiots, think these poeple are some kind of Yuppie God. Everything they do and say, you want to be just like them. Get a freakin life!!!

Nah, I've seen it a few times, and it's okay, but it didn't make enough of an impression for me to seek it out.

Let's see - Friends technically crosses over with many shows, according to http://www.poobala.com/crossoverlist.html (look at the bottom of the page in the section labeled Group 2).
