This was asked a while back. I think it was established that the actual scene itself never made it into the final cut of the episode, but we believe it was intended for 212: "The One After The Superbowl (Part 1)"

While you would think that scene fits for 212, their clothing does not match the scene at all. It was definitely before 215 when their apartment changed, but I don't think 212 was the show.

I also don't think that this is from 212, because this opening is first shown in 212-episode, and they only show scenes in there from 201-211. but nevertheless, i wonder why they cut this scene in and it's not shown in any episode?

Actually, the title sequences do sometimes show clips from the future as well as the past; for example Rachel finding Chandler's gold bracelet, or Monica encountering the three guys wearing the green T's on their faces.
