OT: Help!

Sorry for the OT, but this is realling bugging me. It appears that since quite a while now, my emails and posts here have turned pretty ugly (check my sig) for some unknown (well, unknown to me) reason. Can anyone using Outlook Express tell me what all their settings are, so can set this straight? I can't even test different settings since my reader translates everything back. Please, please, please, help!

I switched the "code" from Quoted Printable to Base 64 and used the UTF-8 universal alphabet instead of the Occidental alphabet.
