I think Friends is really overrated. The show only became popular because it was positioned good with Seinfeld back in the hey day of Seinfeld. The show really never was that good and never really had any funny moments, I don't think its the great show like Cheers or Seinfeld or MASH it's just another show. Rather watch a show like News Radio or something like that. News Radio is 10 times better than Friends but no one ever talks about that. Just because Jennifer Aniston had a different hair style when the show started and everyone copied her or whatever the show ain't that good. Maybe its good to copy the clothes and hairstyles they wear but when it comes to comedy this show is about one of the last shows I'll watch to laugh.

Isn't that the thing that makes living in the "free world" so great, to be able to have your own opinion? Even if that opinion isn't shared by everyone? Steve: I'm sorry to hear that you don't like Friends as much as us. I can agree with you that Cheers and MASH are great shows too. But I do like Friends, and so do most people on this newsgroup. I guess that their emotions got a little out of control.
