I think the one she just had the baby with is a second husband. She went back with her husband that time she slept with Ross, but I think she eventually divorced and then got married a second time (didn't we find that out when she ran in to Chandler and Monica while they were engaged, and he invited her to the wedding?)

She fooled around with a client and the boss caught them because the massage went on way over the time frame. She is massaging again (in private practice, it looked like, from the time when she lived with Ross and he ended up giving the old guy a massage) though. She's mentioned giving massages several times, like the one with all the resolutions when she mentions that her last clients were poor tippers, and they turned out to be Ross and Monica.

I think it's a different woman because Rachel knew the woman's name when they switched apartments, but the guys didn't know the "loud sex" woman's name. It's possible that Rachel knew her and the guys didn't, but I doubt it.
