Wanted: UK-Version Box-Set Slipcase

Hi everyone,

I bought the 3rd and 4th season box-sets at an eBay auction, but without the accompanying slipcase. So, if anyone knows where to get them or even has them to sell, I'd be grateful for any comment or piece of advice.
