• Paget Brewster as Kathy, hottest and nicest bird ever on Friends
• Chandler's boss, great dialogue "Bing!" "Doug!"

P.S. I still like Eddie the freaky roommate. I thought he was one of the funniest guest characters of the series, and I loved the way Chandler's character played off of him -- "Oh he's gone now . . . he's . . . he's . . . he's standing in the window holding a head! I believe the term was used in "The Ugliest Girl in Town" circa 1968 or so, where someone becomes a fashion model so he can see his girlfriend who is in England. The show was sort of the predecessor to "Bossom Buddies". Certainly the term "bird" is from Swinging Londo of the Sixties.

I'm quite familiar with the fact that "bird" means "female." My virtual arched eyebrow is at someone using such a sexist term.

I know that's common in rap music, but I've never seen a movie where I heard that, at least not to my recollection.

Anyway, just because there are worse words out there, doesn't mean it's not a derogatory term. That's like me saying you shouldn't get mad when I call you a jerk because at least I'm not calling you a f*ckwit. (Not that I AM calling you a jerk, just making an example.)
