7th season

Hi people,

It's official, we will have a 7th season of friends. NBC doesn't want to let go the show. They can't afford loosing two big shows (Seinfeld and Friends) in such a short period of time. There is no other project to replace Friends, and they are still looking to find a good show to "replace" Seindfeld. I heard they were willing to pay up to each member of the cast 600k by episode to keep it running...

I work in a division of NBC, I'm not suppose to tell you that. And now don't worry, you will have your show next year...

OK, don't get me wrong, I love "Friends", it's the best half hour of my week...but to be honest for the sake of the show, I really don't think that they should have a 7th season. IMHO they should've ended it by the end of season 5, right at it's peak. It would have ended with a bang and more people would remember it as a really good show. But OK, so that didn't happen so I hope that this will be the last season. Season 6 hasn't been as good as season 5 IMHO, but after six years "Friends" is still very entertaining and fresh...let people remember it this way...

But if there is going to be a 7th season, I wouldn't mind at all =)

Don't assume that Season 7 will be even worse than Season 6, it could be better than Season 5, especially if the cast win some artistic control.
