so what did we think? I thought it was simply awful. TOO MUCH WHINY ROSS!!! Why don't these writers understand that, while some of his moments are initially funny, it gets old reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllly fast. His whininess needs to end and it needs to end NOW. And Ross was the only one with any lines! Chandler was funny. Frank Jr (giavonni rubisci (spelling?) seemed to be trying to hard, in my opinion. But overall, awful episode. I guess all thw writers were trying to establish is that ross isn't ok w/ the joey/rachel romance, but still, i think the episode could have been a lot better and w/ a LOT less whiny ross.

Anywho... On to three and end the agony of R&J they are just making it stupid now. And didn't Rachel seem to look at Joey as though he was stupid at times tonight?
Easy. Set up a filter either directly on your mail server or in your mail client: "IF incoming message > 130kb THEN delete" and you're done (the size of the SWEN worm mails varies between 140 and 155kb)
Just to rub it in: The combination of a mail client and newsreader is indeed quite common, but the newsreader component doesn't have anything to do with your email (and vice versa). They're even using different protocols, NNTP v POP/SMTP/IMAP etc.
Yes. But I thought that whole subplot was otherwise awful. I realize that in the interests of comedy you make people do horrendous things to each other that they would (you hope) never do in real life, but it's very uncomfortable when an ordinary, non-horrible, minding-his-own-business kid is the butt of it.
hell yeah, cringeworthy and awkward right from the beginning. But I suppose that was the point they were trying to get across, much like with Ross and the pizza girl in S5, or him and Mike last year. I just wish they'd had that scene with Joey and Ross before the dinner, or something like either Joey or Charlie telling the others to leave so he/she could sort out Ross. What this episode did prove is that if nothing else, Ross and Joey are extremely loyal friends. Joey was willing to give up his being with Rachel for Ross' sake and Ross insisted they be together even though he doesn't know how to come to terms with it yet. I don't think there's a single scene from that double date that was even remotely watchable, so this was 50% of one of the last eps wasted for nothing. What really surprises me is that Chandler seems to constantly get better, he was great in 10-01 and he was probably even better this week, as somebody else mentioned "I'm gonna go tell Emma she was an accident" was easily the best line of the episode. Or maybe "so, a lot malfunctioning wee-wees and hu-hus (*don't know the proper "spelling" for either*) in this room, huh?" Phoebe and Frank's story was weird, I don't know what to make of it. It was probably just written in to either shut up all the people moaning about never hearing from the triplets (as we found out Phoebe does babysit them from time to time) or to use Giovanni Ribisi's name for ads
not likely, though...I think it was made overly obvious when M/C were going through the forms and the triplets were running amok. Monica: (making an exasperated face, and reading a form) "Willing to adopt triplets? NOOOOO!"
