Off Topic: ATF

Is it just me or does ATF seem kind of dead this season? It seems like the only regulars that still post here are Claire, Tennant, and Paul Hyett. Where did eveybody else go?

There is a distinct lack of new season newbies. Don't forget though that for many of us season 7 is a long way off.

I've been around for a while, but I've found that the episodes this season aren't all that worthy of discussion. Sometimes they're funny; more often they aren't, but either way there's little behind the surface.

I don't know if you've been changing your name, but in the 6 monthes I've been here, this is the first time I saw the name Chris in the list.

Well... watch headers more closely. :) Just kidding. And just out of curiosity, do you recognize who I am? Anyway, I don't know what's happened to a lot of the old regulars, but I suspect that some aren't interested in the show as much because it's gone downhill, or they've become busier in "real life" and don't have as much time to post anymore, or a combination of both (me!). I'm sure there are lots of other explanations too.

Nice to see you too! I've just been busy with life... school, work, friends, etc.

If I told you, they wouldn't exactly be secrets anymore, would they? :) But here's a little something to think about. Last season was the only season Friends was nominated for an Emmy, and also the season that Marta Kauffman and David Crane had almost nothing to do with the show. I've heard that they were upset about that, so they've been working on Friends a lot this season (plus they have time now that Jesse and VC are gone). But do you really think they've been helping much this season? I heard that the show quality has been slipping this season, not despite them, but because of them. But really, who knows?

Another "secret" which most of us already assumed... the Friends cast are *great* actors, and producers�enjoy working with them because they can pull off scenes that casts from other shows couldn't do.

And oh yeah, the cast still doesn't work Mondays.

Nope, I'm my own person. :) I think Activia started posting at ATF sometime this past year... anyone feel like looking it up? I've been here since just after the 4th season ended (in the US).

It's not as new as you might think, Coca-Cola has been with me for about one and a half years now, maybe longer. It's the first time I've used it here, maybe it's because it offers a certain degree of anonymity.
