Can somebody tell me, why Joey is moving fom NY to LA?? I mean, at the end of Friends he was so sad and angry about why everytihng is changing!! So why ??

Because this is just a TV show, and they are just actors playing roles. It's very likely the TV execs would rather see an established name play the role of Joey's sister than some two-bit actress who possibly played the role once in a single Friends episode a few years ago.
