Monica and Chandler are having trouble conceiving, so Chandler goes looking for a potential sperm donor, he invites a friend from work for dinner, and they ask him all sorts of rude questions.
Aren't they missing something? Joey is a known sperm donor, and they already know everything about him. Intelligence isn't genetic, fortunately.

The doctor said they could inseminate with a donor. Why can't they use some of Chandler's sperm - I know it's supposed to be slow the other way, but maybe in a test tube it would have a better chance - fertilize Monica's eggs and then implant them? They said she had a "hostile environment", but if they used a donor wouldn't they still have implanted them into her? So maybe they could do that to make the embryos and at least try to have a baby that way.
